Roy Williams radio show notes: Brawl a 'black eye'

Posted Dec 13, 2011
North Carolina coach Roy Williams called the Cincinnati-Xavier brawl “a black eye for college basketball,” and said he feels for the coaches involved. “You’re there to play basketball. You’re not out there to see who is the meanest or who is the toughest; you’re out there to score more points than the other team,’’ Williams said on his Monday night radio show. (ESPN.com)
