Heels face uphill battle against Tech, Choice
Posted Nov 15, 2007
Before North Carolina played at N.C. State last Saturday, UNC senior defensive end Hilee Taylor said the secret to winning was to run the ball successfully and stop the run. Carolina did neither, and the Wolfpack won 31-27. N.C. State, which is 10th in the ACC in rushing, ran for 167 yards against the Tar Heels. The Wolfpack averaged fewer than 100 per game beforehand. UNC gained 12 yards rushing against the Wolfpack.
