McAdoo's ACC adjustment

While all of the Tar Heels are using this current nine-game, five-week homestand to improve, perhaps no one needs it more than James Michael McAdoo, a highly touted recruit who is struggling to assert himself thus far. His next chance comes tonight when the fifth-ranked Tar Heels (9-2) host Nicholls (7 p.m., ESPNU) at the Smith Center. (Durham Herald-Sun)
