Koenning, three others gain UNC recruiting approval with Fedora

UNC has applied and received waivers for four coaches, in addition to Larry Fedora, to recruit and make calls on behalf of UNC, although their hiring has not yet reached full approval. University of Illinois defensive coordinator and interim head coach Vic Koenning joins a list of three Southern Miss assistants that have gained NCAA approval to recruit for UNC. (WRAL Sports Fan)
