Tar Heels first up in ACC bowl lineup

North Carolina's final football game under Everett Withers will double as the ACC's first postseason opportunity to put a positive end to a generally disappointing season. The Tar Heels will face Big 12 foe Missouri on Monday in the Independence Bowl in Shreveport, La. Before Wednesday's practice at Kenan Stadium, Withers and several of his players cited the team's defense as the primary key to getting the league off to a positive start.
