Suspense common for Tar Heels

Only twice in the past 10 years has the Independence Bowl not been decided by a touchdown or less. And considering North Carolina's participation this year, don't expect things to change. If the outcome is in question in the waning moments Monday, UNC won't be shocked or fazed. The game against Missouri marks the Tar Heels' fourth consecutive bowl appearance. The previous three have been decided by a total of six points.
