The five seasons that stretch from 2007-11 will likely be referred to as the Butch Davis Era moving forward, despite the fact that he was fired eight days before the start of this season's training camp in July. But even without the head present, the body of coaches and players ultimately belonged to Davis. (Inside Carolina)
