Posted Dec 28, 2011
North Carolina signee Joel James etched his name into the Kingdom of the Sun basketball tournament record books with his 23-rebound performance, the most single-game rebounds in tourney history. “It’s pretty amazing,” said James, who also scored 24 points on 10-of-17 shooting. “I mean (current Orlando Magic and former NBA No. 1 overall draft pick) Dwight Howard played in this tournament.
