David Duggan joins UNC football staff

David Duggan first visited the North Carolina campus in 1988, when he was an assistant coach at New Hampshire. Duggan arrived in Chapel Hill for a college football coaching workshop led by Mack Brown. "I said, 'Wow, what a beautiful place this is,' " Duggan said. " 'Someday I'd like to be coaching here.'
