Tar Heels know there's no bowl waiting at end of season

UNC's players talked with youthful exuberance about surprising everybody and contending for a bowl game in Butch Davis' first season. Ultimately, it turned out to be little more than wishful thinking. Now, after a loss to their biggest rival, the Tar Heels have to play two more games knowing that there's no bowl waiting once their struggle-filled regular season ends.
