McAdoo doubtful for Saturday's game

North Carolina freshman reserve James Michael McAdoo, who sprained his left ankle Wednesday, did not practice Friday. “It would be a game-time decision, and I would think doubtful,’’ coach Roy Williams said about McAdoo's status for Saturday’s ACC opener against Boston College.
