RB Jela Duncan gets UNC offer

Jela Duncan, the 2011 Charlotte Observer offensive player of the year received a scholarship offer from UNC on Friday. Duncan had not received an offer under the Butch Davis/Everett Withers coaching regime, but new coach Larry Fedora has made Duncan a higher priority for the Tar Heels.
