NCAA Grants Devon Ramsay Extra Year Of Eligibility

The NCAA has granted UNC fullback Devon Ramsay another year of eligibility after the senior tore his ACL and MCL in the 2011 season opener against James Madison. Ramsay also missed the 2007 season with a shoulder injury and was held out of the final nine games of the 2010 season due to the investigation into the program.
