FC Dallas drafts UNC defender Matt Hedges

FC Dallas selected North Carolina defender Matt Hedges with the 11th pick of Thursday's MLS SuperDraft. Hedges, 21, won a national title with the Tar Heels in December. He compiled 85 starts between UNC and Butler, scoring 18 goals and notching seven assists.
