There are multiple adjustments North Carolina will have to make now that shooting guard Dexter Strickland is out for the season with a right knee injury: moving sophomore Reggie Bullock into the starting rotation, preparing freshman Stilman White to play a few more minutes at backup point guard, re-jiggering some other reserve roles.
