Tar Heels make a statement at Wolfpack’s expense

Thanks to an embarrassing kick in the pants combined with a cruel dose of adversity experienced over the past two weeks, the Tar Heels should now have enough incentive to keep them focused from here on out. That’s bad news for the rest of the ACC and beyond if UNC can match the intensity, desire and execution it showed in Thursday’s 74-55 hammering of N.C. State at the Smith Center.
