The first look at North Carolina’s redesigned appearance without Dexter Strickland seemed to contain few, if any, difficulties. But Roy Williams still left Thursday night’s blowout discontented with how he handled the mix-and-match player rotations of North Carolina’s new identity minus Strickland.
