There were times when Harrison Barnes wore a pained expression on the court, until finally finding a solution for the discomfort. He ditched his achy sneakers at halftime and laced up a much more soothing pair. That shoe situation, which also prompted Tyler Zeller to change, became a rare moment of resistance in the seventh-ranked Tar Heels’ 93-81 roll past struggling Georgia Tech.
