James Michael McAdoo emerges as Heels shuffle lineup

He is finally starting to compete with the needed amount of aggressiveness and discipline, and this stretch for UNC, continuing tonight with a visit to struggling Wake Forest, is giving him opportunities to showcase that improvement.
