Wake Forest guard C.J. Harris, who is averaging 17.3 points per game, is one of the most improved scorers in the ACC. Teammate Travis McKie is averaging only one fewer point. And then there’s 7-footer Ty Walker, who in conference-only statistics leads the ACC with 4.1 blocks per game. “They’ve got all the parts,’’ North Carolina coach Roy Williams said during his Monday night radio show.
