Maryland has played only 13 home games in the Mark Turgeon era, so it's still not clear whether he can charge up Comcast Center fans with the expertise of former coach Gary Williams. But when fifth-ranked North Carolina steps in Saturday, it's safe to assume Turgeon will be juiced emotionally. The Terps are coming off a 90-86 double-overtime loss at Miami.
