Home-court advantage? Not in this rivalry

In this series lately, there isn’t much of a home-court advantage. The Tar Heels are 4-4 in the Roy Williams era against Duke at the Smith Center, but 0-4 during that time period when the series opens in Chapel Hill. Meanwhile, UNC is also 4-4 at Cameron Indoor Stadium since Williams became UNC’s coach before the 2003-04 season. (ESPN.com)
