Dexter Strickland undergoes surgery

University of North Carolina guard Dexter Strickland underwent meniscus repair and reconstructive surgery on his right anterior cruciate ligament on Thursday morning according to the school. The junior suffered the injury as he drove to the basket in a game at Virginia Tech on Jan. 19. Strickland's recovery time has yet to be determined. (WRAL Sports Fan)
