P.J. Hairston's foot to be evaluated today

North Carolina freshman P.J. Hairston, who missed Saturday’s win against Virginia because of a sore foot, will be evaluated by team doctors Monday to see if they can release him to participate in “light activity” during Monday afternoon’s practice, coach Roy Williams said. “If they do, we’ll let him have light activity,’’ Williams said during the ACC conference call. “If they don’t, we won’t.” (ESPN.com)
