Kentwan Balmer won’t need any additional inspiration Saturday when the UNC-NC State rivalry convenes for the 97th time at Carter-Finley Stadium in Raleigh. The game will be the final appearance against the Wolfpack for Balmer. A victory would put the senior from Weldon among an elite group of Tar Heels who never lost to N.C. State during their careers.
