The Tar Heels' victory on Wednesday night represented the 100th in ACC play for UNC coach Roy Williams. He became the second-fastest coach in league history to reach the 100-win mark in conference play. Williams reached his 100th ACC win in 139 conference games, behind former Duke coach Vic Bubas, who needed 128 games to win his 100th.
