Butch Davis says honesty is best policy

Butch Davis didn't waste time jumping into his role as advisor to Buccaneers rookie head coach Greg Schiano. On the job less than a week, Davis has already passed along what he considers one of the most important lessons any NFL coach can learn. "I told Greg to just be yourself and that the thing that NFL players respect more than anything is honesty,'' Davis said during an introductory news conference Thursday.
