Top prospect Davonte Neal a no-show at own news conference

Scottsdale Chaparral football star Davonte Neal has been weighing his college options for months. Turns out he needs more time. Neal was a no-show at today's news conference to announce his college decision, leaving 600 kids at Kyrene de la Esperanza Elementary School waiting.
