Wolfpack good in spurts, can't climb hump

After North Carolina State looked like it was going to get run off the court in the first five minutes of Tuesday night’s game against North Carolina, the Wolfpack settled into a comfort zone and pushed back against the No. 7 Tar Heels. But N.C. State did not sustain the push, losing 86-74 and dropping its third game in a row. It is the 12th straight time the Wolfpack has lost to North Carolina. (Burlington Times News)
