ACC football schedule inches closer to completion

The ACC traditionally releases its football schedule for the following season in early February. But last week, it issued a statement indicating that the 2012 schedule has been delayed by “a number of unusual circumstances.” Now that Florida State has found an opponent and filled its unexpected open date, the biggest of those “unusual circumstances” appears to have been cleared up.
