North Carolina women fight hard, fall short

After getting blown out at Cameron Indoor Stadium three weeks ago, North Carolina was headed for another lopsided defeat against Duke in the rematch Sunday at Carmichael Arena. But the Tar Heels fought back this time, and while it wasn’t enough to stop their rival from sweeping them for the first time in four years, it will provide some momentum heading into a critical week.
