Tar Heels Roll Past Shaw, 114-62

All-America forward Tyler Hansbrough led all scorers with 23 points and four other Tar Heels scored in double figures to lead No. 1 North Carolina to a 114-62 win over Shaw in a men's basketball exhibition Saturday night at the Smith Center. Hansbrough scored UNC's first basket of the evening and had 15 points in the opening half as the Tar Heels built a 48-27 lead.
