Larry Fedora's Tar Heels open ACC play at Wake

North Carolina will play its first ACC football game under new coach Larry Fedora at Wake Forest after opening the season with a non-league home game against Elon. The end of Fedora’s first season won’t include games against the Tar Heels’ traditional rivals — those will come earlier. Those were just some of the revelations as the ACC schedules were released Monday.
