James Michael McAdoo, UNC: For UNC’s past two NCAA titles, Roy Williams has brought a top-rated freshman big man off his bench to provide a scoring threat or defensive presence. However, McAdoo has come along a little slower than his first-year predecessors. Marvin Williams averaged 11.3 points and 6.6 rebounds a game in 2005, while Ed Davis was a 6.7 points and 6.6 rebounds per game guy in 2009.
