1. North Carolina (29-5, 14-2 ACC) Despite dropping each of its two meetings to Florida State, Roy Williams’ team is still the class of the ACC. Without one of the nation’s top defensive players, the Tar Heels still managed to beat an NCAA tournament-bound N.C. State team for a third time this season and took FSU down to the final seconds.
