Rich's move evokes Davis' attitude toward change

When North Carolina coach Butch Davis approached Richie Rich three weeks ago about switching from tailback to defensive back, the sophomore wasn't all that surprised. He's seen several of his teammates change positions this season -- all to his team's benefit. But it's just the latest example of how Davis, Carolina's first-year coach, isn't afraid to change athletes' roles in an effort to change the losing ways of his program.
