James Michael McAdoo thought back to the confidence issues that bothered him, to the progress he had so yearned to make, and came to a candid conclusion about the scope of his freshman season. “I was just a little boy,” he said Thursday at the Greensboro Coliseum. “But now I’m slowly becoming a man.” That’s the type of brutally honest assessment you expect from McAdoo.
