Danny Green provides huge effort in another productive start

Danny Green knew that his playing time would be shrinking with Manu Ginobili’s return to the lineup. But it didn’t change his outlook or how he would help his team — once he got his chance. With Ginobili sitting out to rest for Saturday’s game against Dallas, Green stepped up with big plays Friday night. (San Antonio Express-News)
