Does UNC's up-tempo style make the Tar Heels more vulnerable to wrist injuries?

I don't think Roy Williams should change his coaching philosophy, and I’m not claiming that he’s putting his players at risk. North Carolina's up-tempo style is effective and entertaining. Unfortunately, from time to time, it can also be dangerous. Mid-air collisions between players who have left their feet after sprinting at full speed lead to scary falls.
