Greg McDermott calls Roy Williams to say Creighton not a dirty team
Posted Mar 19, 2012
Creighton coach Greg McDermott called Roy Williams this morning to say, in effect, that the Bluejays aren’t a dirty team and that they wouldn’t play dirty. Creighton caught a lot of criticism for some hard fouls on Sunday, and for targeting John Henson’s injured left wrist. Henson said after the game on Sunday that he did feel as though the Bluejays targeted his wrist, but he also said he didn’t think it was dirty.
