The NABC All-America first team consists of Anthony Davis (Kentucky), Draymond Green (Michigan State), Doug McDermott (Creighton), Thomas Robinson (Kansas) and Jared Sullinger (Ohio State). The second team was Harrison Barnes (North Carolina), Marcus Denmon (Missouri), Kevin Jones (West Virginia), Kris Joseph (Syracuse) and Tyler Zeller (North Carolina). (WCTI12.com)
