Tar Heels, Wolfpack seek ACC rendezvous in NCAAs

In 2005, UNC won Roy Williams' first national championship, in St. Louis, site of Friday's Midwest Regional semifinals between top-seeded Carolina and No. 13 Ohio, and No. 11 N.C. State and No. 2 Kansas. That connection won't be lost on the uber-superstitious Williams, who undoubtedly knows which tie and socks he wore for the 2005 championship game against Illinois.
