Senior forward Tyler Zeller helped North Carolina avoid an upset Friday and survive to play in Sunday's regional final with a 73-65 overtime win over Ohio University. Ohio took its first lead of the game, 47-46, with 8:25 remaining on Walter Offutt's short jumper, and with the backing of the majority crowd, announced to North Carolina that it was in for an epic 12-round slugfest.
