Posted Mar 23, 2012
No. 1 seed North Carolina was taken to the ledge and nearly pushed off by No. 13 seed Ohio, but held on for a gritty, 73-65, overtime victory Friday in the Midwest Regional semifinals in the?Edward Jones Dome. “It was an ugly win, but sometimes you gotta win that way,” North Carolina forward Tyler Zeller said. “I think we did a good job defensively, but you also have to give Ohio a lot of credit."
