Tar Heels ‘thankful' to escape with OT win

During the second half Friday night, Reggie Bullock said he saw an Ohio assistant coach barking that UNC couldn’t secure victory without Kendall Marshall on the court. Those words almost become reality in the Midwest Region semifinals. But the Tar Heels, despite confusion and vulnerability and obvious angst, were able to pull out a 73-65 overtime escape of 13th-seeded Ohio.
