Hard work of Tanner, Moody pays off big time

West Henderson graduate J.B. Tanner and T.C. Roberson graduate Patrick Moody learned on Wednesday that they will play for the University of North Carolina basketball team this season. Tanner and Moody toiled in relative obscurity for each of the past two seasons on UNC's junior varsity team -- a rarity and throwback to the bygone days of freshman teams.
