Blazers' AD says Haase has winning 'in his DNA'

UAB has introduced Jerod Haase as its new men's basketball coach. Athletic director Brian Mackin says he hired a basketball coach with winning "in his DNA.'' Mackin introduced former Kansas and North Carolina assistant Tuesday to replace fired coach Mike Davis. Haase agreed to a five-year deal with a $475,000 salary. (Sports Illustrated)
