ATH Ryan Switzer set to announce college decision on Thursday

West Virginia WR Ryan Switzer was set to visit Penn State this weekend. Before he does, he will be announcing his collegiate decision. After visiting UNC over the weekend, Ryan has decided that he has seen enough and will be choosing from his three favorites: UNC, West Virginia and Penn State. He has been considered a Penn State lean for some time, although the timing of the announcement is a bit curious. (Penn Live)
