CB Desmond Lawrence commits to UNC

Tall cornerback Desmond Lawrence (Charlotte/Christian) has become the latest 2013 verbal for North Carolina, according to multiple sources. Notre Dame, Kentucky, Duke, North Carolina State, Clemson, Virginia and South Carolina also extended scholarship offers to the 6-foot, 175-pound junior. (ESPN.com)
