Basketball transfer Anthony Gill Confirms UNC Contact

Growing up in High Point, N.C., Anthony Gill fell in love with the North Carolina basketball program. Now, just days after being permitted to seek a transfer from South Carolina, he’s been contacted by the coaching staff of his childhood favorite. “Coach Steve Robinson called me yesterday," Gill told InsideCarolina.com on Tuesday. "They were just talking about how they want to get to know me and how they want me to get to know them.” (Inside Carolina)
